Westie Hangouts is a series of FREE regular social events for LGBTQ+ people living in Greater Western Sydney. Designed by and for queer Westies, these events are all about meeting new people, making friends, and having fun with your local community!
Westie Hangouts are open to all LGBTQ+ people ages 18+ in Greater Western Sydney.

BBQ Picnic
Join us for a relaxed outdoor BBQ picnic with amazing food, casual games, and great company! It’s the perfect chance to soak up some greenery and enjoy a laid-back afternoon in the area 🌿💬

What to bring:
We encourage everyone to bring along picnic mats or chairs for you to sit on, as well as any outdoor games or activities you’d like to play on the day! We also recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle to stay comfy outdoors.
We’ll be providing a sausage sizzle for the group, with halal and vegetarian options available. You’re also welcome to bring along any snacks, drinks, or food you’d like to share with everyone.
